2005 Missouri Revised Statutes - § 521.200. — Additional writs may issue, when.

521.200. If, at any time after the return of an attachment, it shall appear to the satisfaction of the court or clerk that the property, effects and credits attached will not be sufficient to satisfy the amount sworn to and costs, the court or clerk may award other writs of attachment, until sufficient property, effects or credits shall be attached to satisfy such amount and costs.
