2005 Missouri Revised Statutes - § 510.200. — All trials upon the merits shall be conducted in open court.

510.200. All trials upon the merits shall be conducted in open court and so far as convenient in the regular courtroom. Trials may be conducted or motions heard outside the county where pending with the consent of all parties affected thereby.
