2005 Missouri Revised Statutes - § 490.510. — Proof of endorsement of notes.

490.510. Whenever it becomes necessary in any suit to prove an assignment of or an endorsement on any bond, bill or note, an affidavit of a competent witness, proving the same, shall be received as prima facie evidence of the facts stated in such affidavit.
