2005 Missouri Revised Statutes - § 444.750. — Recreational use of reclaimed lands encouraged.

444.750. Owners of lands that have been reclaimed or otherwise comply with the provisions of sections 444.500 to 444.755 are encouraged to make available to the people of this state these lands for recreational use at no charge. Recreational use to be any of the following or combination thereof: hunting, fishing, swimming, boating, camping, picnicking, hiking, nature study, water skiing, winter sports and viewing or enjoying historical, archaeological, scenic or scientific sites.
