2005 Missouri Revised Statutes - § 444.320. — Mining under public highways and railroads prohibited.

444.320. No person or persons, firm or association of persons, company or corporation shall, within this state, mine or excavate beneath the surface of any public highway or railroad right-of-way, in such manner as to cause the surface of the ground over which such public highway or railroad track is constructed to cave in.
