2005 Missouri Revised Statutes - § 431.068. — Persons seventeen or older may donate blood.

431.068. 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 431.061, any person seventeen years of age or older may donate blood voluntarily without the necessity of obtaining the permission or authorization of his or her parent or guardian.

2. No person under the age of eighteen shall receive compensation for any blood donated without the written authorization of his or her parent or guardian.
