2005 Missouri Revised Statutes - § 430.090. — Sale of unredeemed chattels.

430.090. Unless the chattel is redeemed within three months of the completion of the expenditure of such labor, services, skill, or material, or within three months of the date agreed upon for redemption, the lien may be enforced by a sale as herein provided.
