2005 Missouri Revised Statutes - § 379.510. — Penalty for violation of orders.
379.510. Any person or organization who willfully violates a final order of the director under sections 379.420 to 379.510 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall upon conviction thereof be punished by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars for such violation.
