2005 Missouri Revised Statutes - § 370.072. — Safe deposit boxes, to have same rights, powers and duties as bank and trust companies.

370.072. All credit unions regulated by this chapter shall have the same rights, powers and duties relating to safe deposit boxes as provided to banks and trust companies in chapter 362, RSMo.
