2005 Missouri Revised Statutes - § 369.367. — Other provisions of law, applicable, when.

369.367. When not in direct conflict with or superseded by specific provisions of this chapter, or other provisions applicable to savings and loan associations, the provisions of chapter 351, RSMo, shall extend to associations organized or operated under this chapter.
