2005 Missouri Revised Statutes - § 369.145. — Safe deposit boxes, same rights, powers and duties as bank and trust companies.

369.145. All associations regulated by this chapter, including federal associations, shall have the same rights, powers and duties, relating to safe deposit boxes, as provided to banks and trust companies in chapter 362, RSMo.
