2005 Missouri Revised Statutes - § 323.050. — Municipal ordinances in conflict with this chapter prohibited.

323.050. No city, town, village, fire district, or other political subdivision shall adopt or enforce any ordinance or regulation in conflict with the provisions of this chapter, or with the regulations promulgated under section 323.020.
