2005 Missouri Revised Statutes - § 321.121. — Directors, terms for those in office on September 28, 1981.

321.121. Notwithstanding other provisions of this chapter, members of the board of directors in office on September 28, 1981, shall serve the term to which they were elected or appointed and until their successors are elected and qualified.
