2005 Missouri Revised Statutes - § 320.255. — Salaries, expenses and costs, how paid.

320.255. All salaries, expenses, and other costs necessary in enforcing sections 320.200 to 320.270 and any other laws in which the state fire marshal is designated as the enforcing officer or agent shall be paid for out of funds appropriated from the general revenue fund for that purpose.
