2005 Missouri Revised Statutes - § 316.200. — Rules, effective when.

316.200. No rule or portion of a rule promulgated pursuant to sections 316.203 to 316.233 shall become effective unless it has been promulgated in accordance with the provisions of chapter 536, RSMo.
