2005 Missouri Revised Statutes - § 312.490. — Violation by agent of corporation--penalty.

312.490. It shall be unlawful for any officer, agent, or employee of any incorporated company, or association, acting for such corporation or association, to authorize or permit such corporation to violate any of the provisions of this chapter, and any such officer, agent, or employee so offending shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by imprisonment in the county jail for a term of not more than one year or by a fine of not less than fifty dollars nor more than one thousand dollars or by both such fine and jail sentence.
