2005 Missouri Revised Statutes - § 311.299. — Warning sign displayed, liquor licenses--violations.

311.299. 1. Any person who is licensed pursuant to this chapter to sell or serve alcoholic beverages at any establishment shall place on the premises of such establishment a warning sign as described in this section. Such sign shall be at least eleven inches by fourteen inches and shall read "WARNING: Drinking alcoholic beverages during pregnancy may cause birth defects.". The licensee shall display such sign in a conspicuous place on the licensed premises.

2. Any employee of the supervisor of liquor control may report a violation of this section to the supervisor, and the supervisor shall issue a warning to the licensee of the violation.

3. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 311.880 to the contrary, no person who violates the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a crime.
