2005 Missouri Revised Statutes - § 311.130. — Form of ballot.

311.130. The question shall be submitted in substantially the following form: Shall intoxicating liquor, containing alcohol in excess of five percent (5%) by weight, be sold by the drink at retail for consumption on the premises where sold?
