2005 Missouri Revised Statutes - § 311.092. — Liquor by the drink on vessels regularly moored in city of St. Louis.

311.092. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this chapter to the contrary, any person who possesses the qualifications required by this chapter, and who meets the requirements of and complies with the provisions of this chapter, may apply for and the supervisor of liquor control may issue a license to sell intoxicating liquor, as in this chapter defined, by the drink at retail for consumption on the premises of any boat, or other vessel which travels on water, which has a regular place of mooring within the limits of a city not within a county with a population of more than six hundred thousand inhabitants. The license shall be valid even though the boat, or other vessel, leaves the corporate limits of the city during the course of its operation.
