2005 Missouri Revised Statutes - § 307.280. — Documents to be filed with secretary of state.
307.280. Filing of documents as required by article III(j) of the compact shall be with the secretary of state. Any and all notices required by commission bylaws to be given pursuant to article III(j) of the compact shall be given to the commissioner of this state and his alternate, if any.
