2005 Missouri Revised Statutes - § 307.155. — Violation a class C misdemeanor.
307.155. Any person violating any of the provisions of sections 307.130 to 307.160 shall be deemed guilty of a class C misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not to exceed fifty dollars for each offense.
