2005 Missouri Revised Statutes - § 301.684. — Transfers not subject to sales and use tax.

301.684. Transfers authorized by sections 301.675 to 301.682 and sections 306.455 to 306.465, RSMo, shall not be subject to any tax imposed under the provisions of chapter 144, RSMo.
