2005 Missouri Revised Statutes - § 300.110. — Immediate notice of accident within city.

300.110. The driver of a vehicle involved in an accident within the city resulting in injury to or death of any person or total property damage to an apparent extent of five hundred dollars or more to one person shall give, or cause to be given, notice of such accident to the police department as soon as reasonably possible.
