2005 Missouri Revised Statutes - § 286.050. — Oath of office.

286.050. Each member of the commission, the secretary and each head of a division within the department, before entering upon the person's duties shall take and subscribe to an oath or affirmation to support the Constitution of the United States and of this state and to faithfully discharge the duties of the person's office.
