2005 Missouri Revised Statutes - § 217.045. — Federal funds, authority to receive--applications for funds, procedure.

217.045. 1. The department shall have the authority to enter into arrangements with the federal government for the receipt of federal funds, subject to appropriations, to carry out the purposes of the department and shall submit such plans and reports as may be required.

2. The director shall approve such applications for federal assistance administered through the department as may be considered advisable after consultation with the appropriate division director.
