2005 Missouri Revised Statutes - § 115.007. — Presumption against implied repealer.

115.007. No part of sections 115.001 to 115.641 and sections 51.450 and 51.460*, RSMo, shall be construed as impliedly amended or repealed by subsequent legislation if such construction can be reasonably avoided.
