2005 Missouri Revised Statutes - § 105.830. — State employees already covered by workers\' compensation not affected by sections 105.800 to 105.850.

105.830. Nothing in sections 105.800 to 105.850 shall affect any department or constitutional agency which is already under the provisions of chapter 287, RSMo, but every employee of each department and agency shall be covered by the provisions of chapter 287, RSMo.
