- Whenever it has been alleged that any person or other entity has violated any of the provisions of this article, or any of the rules or regulations promulgated hereunder, the matter shall be conducted as an administrative proceeding under the terms and conditions of Sections 69-25-51 through 69-25-63, and where found culpable, such person or other entity shall be subject to the administrative and civil penalties provided therein.
- The procedures described herein shall not apply to seed arbitration claims which are described in Sections 69-3-20 through 69-3-22, as such claims shall be governed by the procedures set forth in those statutes.
