§ 37-7-337. Plan to encourage community involvement in schools
Universal Citation: MS Code § 37-7-337 (2020)
- The governing authorities of the county, counties or city in which a school district is located and the school board of each school district shall develop a five-year plan to encourage community involvement with the schools in such district.
- Districts meeting the highest levels of accreditation standards, as defined by the State Board of Education, shall be exempted from the mandatory provisions of this section.
