§ 99-5-3. Form of bail; taken in open court by entry on minutes
Universal Citation: MS Code § 99-5-3 (2019)
- Bail taken in open court may be entered on the minutes as follows, to wit:
“The State
No. ____ v.
A. B.
“Came the said A. B. and C. D. and E. F. and agreed to pay the state of Mississippi ____ dollars, unless the said A. B. shall appear at the present term of this court, and remain from day to day, and from term to term until discharged by law, to answer a charge of ____ .”
