§ 29-1-61. Sale price of internal improvement lands
Universal Citation: MS Code § 29-1-61 (2019)
The internal improvement lands may be sold by the land commissioner at the same price as the swamp and overflowed lands, subject to be fixed in the same manner and under like regulations.
