§ 27-115-41.
Universal Citation: MS Code § 27-115-41 (2018)
Publication of quarterly and annual financial statements The corporation shall publish quarterly and annual financial statements, which shall be made available to the public within thirty (30) days following the close of each quarter. The quarterly and annual financial statements shall include disposition of all funds expended by the corporation for any purpose, including disclosure of any major procurements.
