§ 47-5-70. "Board" and "lessee" defined
Universal Citation: MS Code § 47-5-70 (2017)
As used in this chapter, "board" shall include the Mississippi Board of Corrections or its successor, and "lessee" shall mean the Mississippi Cooperative Extension Service.
