§ 97-33-309. Civil penalty for violation [Repealed effective July 1, 2017]
MS Code § 97-33-309 (2016) What's This?
A person, firm, corporation, association, agent or employee violating the Fantasy Contest Act shall be subject to a civil penalty of not more than Ten Thousand Dollars ($ 10,000.00) for each violation, which shall accrue to the state and may be recovered in a civil action brought by the office.
