Chapter 35 - CRIMES AGAINST PUBLIC PEACE AND SAFETY
§ 97-35-33 - Tramps; punishment
Every person, on conviction of being a tramp, shall be punished by a fine of not more than fifty dollars, or imprisonment in the county jail not more than one month, or both.
