§ 79-19-55 - Filing fees


MS Code § 79-19-55 (2013) What's This?

For filing articles of association, an association organized hereunder shall pay to the secretary of state twenty dollars ($ 20.00); and for filing an amendment to the articles, ten dollars ($ 10.00).
