§ 49-23-15 - Removal of nonconforming advertising


MS Code § 49-23-15 (2013) What's This?

Any sign, display or device lawfully erected which does not conform to Sections 49-23-1 through 49-23-29 shall be required to be removed before the end of the fifth year after it becomes nonconforming.
