97-9-13 - Champerty and maintenance; penalty.

§ 97-9-13. Champerty and maintenance; penalty.
 

Any person violating any of the provisions of Section 97-9-11 shall be guilty of maintenance and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by imprisonment for one year in the state penitentiary.
