79-29-907 - Prohibited activities.

§ 79-29-907. Prohibited activities.
 

(1)  A professional limited liability company may not render any professional service other than the professional service authorized by its certificate of formation. 

(2)  Subsection (1) does not prohibit a professional limited liability company from investing its funds in real estate, mortgages, securities, or any other type of investment or from owning real or personal property appropriate for carrying on its business.
