§ 73-31-19. Licenses; issuance; filing.
 

The board shall issue a license signed by the chairman and executive secretary of the board whenever an applicant has been successfully qualified as provided in this chapter. A copy of such license, so certified by the executive secretary as a true copy, shall be filed in the office of the clerk of the circuit court in the county in which the licentiate resides.
