§ 65-7-47. Penalty for violating load and tire regulations.
 

Any person going upon any public road or bridge in such county with any kind of vehicle, or who shall cause any vehicle to be driven upon any public road or bridge in such county, in violation of such regulations shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction be fined in any sum not exceeding fifty dollars, and shall moreover be liable civilly to any county or road district for any damage done to such roads or bridges by such illegal act.
