65-7-35 - Penalty for violating danger zone laws.

§ 65-7-35. Penalty for violating danger zone laws.
 

Any person guilty of a violation of Sections 65-7-25 through 65-7-33 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than five dollars for each violation.
