§ 49-17-123. Construction against participation under Laws 1971, ch. 471 or in state pollution appropriations.
Nothing in Sections 49-17-101 through 49-17-123 shall be construed as granting authority for participation under the provisions of Chapter 471, Laws of 1971, as now or hereafter amended or participation in state appropriations for pollution control purposes.
