Chapter 517 — Civil Marriage
Section 517.15 — Unauthorized Person Performing Ceremony.

517.15 UNAUTHORIZED PERSON PERFORMING CEREMONY.

A person who knowingly undertakes to solemnize a civil marriage, without lawful authority to do so, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
