Section 116.10 — Policy; Long-range Plan; Purpose.

116.10 POLICY; LONG-RANGE PLAN; PURPOSE.
Consistent with the policy announced herein and the purposes of Laws 1963, chapter 874, the Pollution Control Agency shall prepare a long-range plan and program for the effectuation of said policy.
