82.80 UNCLAIMED PROPERTY ACT COMPLIANCE. Upon the initial application for a real estate broker's license and upon each annual application for renewal, the applicant or broker shall be required to inform the commissioner of compliance with the requirements set forth in chapter 345 relating to unclaimed property.
