Section 642.05 — LAWFUL CUSTODY OF PERSON.

642.05 LAWFUL CUSTODY OF PERSON. The detention or imprisonment of any person lawfully arrested in one city but detained or imprisoned in another under the provisions of this section and section 642.04 shall in no manner jeopardize the lawful custody or detention of such person.
