626.9514 TOLL-FREE TELEPHONE NUMBER. The attorney general shall operate and maintain a toll-free telephone number for complaints dealing with racial profiling. The attorney general must act as a clearinghouse for racial profiling complaints and must forward complaints to the Peace Officer Standards and Training Board.
