62V.09 EXPIRATION AND SUNSET EXCLUSION. Notwithstanding section 15.059, the board and its advisory committees shall not expire, except as specified in section 62V.04, subdivision 13. The board and its advisory committees are not subject to review or sunsetting under chapter 3D.
