60A.352 WORKERS' COMPENSATION INSURANCE. In addition to the requirements of Minnesota Statutes 1984, section 176.185, subdivision 1, a policy of insurance issued to cover the liability to pay compensation under Minnesota Statutes 1984, chapter 176, shall comply with sections 60A.35 to 60A.38.
